Our Screened Fill Dirt, when blended with DG, is a great economical option when altering grade or laying foundation for landscaping. It is run through a screening process to remove large debris such as sticks, rocks, large clods, etc. It allows drainage but packs well. It can be used as base fill for a retaining wall, after adequate drains are in, then amended top soil is added on top for planting (use our Planter Mix) or lawn (use our Landscape Mix).
